7/Jan/2021 | DPD services to EU countries are temporarily halted. Existing deliveries are not affected. Services are expected to resume in a few days.
1/Jan/2021 | TNT/FedEx/DHL services to EU countries may incur short delays due to increased customs paperwork.
17/Mar/2020 | DPD are now implementing "Contact free delivery" - customers will not be asked to sign their handheld units.

DELIVERIES	PHONE	STOCK
Daily collections from our warehouse are active. UK and Worldwide deliveries are still functioning as normal. If there are any unexpected delays during the delivery process, you will be notified of these by the courier.	All our Sales and Support phone lines are active. If you have a direct number to your sales contact, please use it.	We have stock in our London warehouse to cover most customer requirements. We are able to get other items in at the leadtimes shown; some items may take a day or two longer.
VISITING	EMAIL
We have temporarily closed our order collection options, and all consultations and meetings will be postponed.	Many of our staff are working from home, so please use email where possible.
