Hello, I'm desperately trying to connect a MacBook Pro late 2013 with old Thunderbolt with a new Lacie 6Big Raid 60 TB (thunderbolt 3). - Using the original apple adapter Thunderbolt 3-Thunderbolt 2 the Raid switches on BUT in not detected by the system (NO DATA TRANSFER of any kind) - Using your product StarTech Thunderbolt 3 adapter to Thunderbolt (20pin) TBT3TBTADAP the RAID doesn't even switch on...
